On Friday, May 8, Women Leaders Forum held its 13th annual Women Who Rule Awards and Scholarship Luncheon at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa. The inspiring afternoon celebrated outstanding community leadership, honored three extraordinary award recipients, recognized WLF’s past presidents in celebration of the organization’s 25th anniversary, and awarded $38,000 in scholarships to 26 Young Women Leaders pursuing their higher education goals.
