Through networking, mentorship, and our acclaimed Young Women Leaders scholarship program, which has awarded over $800,000 in educational scholarships in partnership with One Future, we're building a stronger, more empowered Coachella Valley.

Forum

The Women Leaders Forum (WLF) is an organization committed to the advancement and empowerment of women across the Coachella Valley.

With a focus on cultivating leadership skills, providing mentorship, and facilitating networking opportunities, WLF serves as a catalyst for our members to achieve their professional and personal goals.

We host an array of events designed to support, encourage, and elevate local women and our next generation of young women leaders.

Young Women Leaders

The Young Women Leaders educational scholarship program offers monthly workshops designed to help future female leaders develop networking, leadership, and public speaking skills.

In addition to mentor connections, students receive guidance on creating budgets, time management, networking, etiquette, interview preparation, and so much more.

Women Who Rule

Our annual Women Who Rule Awards Luncheon and Scholarship Fundraiser, is one of the region’s most inspiring celebrations of leadership and community impact.
